Walking Meditation

Set against the tranquil backdrop of Kep National Forest and the peaceful Gulf of Thailand, this practice fosters a deep sense of presence and serenity.

Traditional Monk Water Blessing

These ceremonies are a significant part of Cambodian Buddhist culture, and many temples welcome tourists to take part in the blessing. The ritual is seen as a form of spiritual purification, offering good fortune, health, and protection, regardless of one's background.

Somatic Movement Class

A Somatic Movement class focuses on exploring body awareness and movement through mindful practices. It aims to enhance physical and emotional well-being by helping participants connect with their body's sensations, improve movement patterns, and release tension.

Yoga for Elderly

Breath Workshop

A breathing workshop focuses on teaching techniques for effective breathing to enhance relaxation and well-being. Participants learn various breathwork exercises to manage stress, improve focus, and integrate mindful breathing into their daily routines.

Tibetan Bowl Sound Healing

Tibetan bowl sound healing works through a combination of vibrational frequencies and sound waves that resonate with the body’s energy centers, or chakras.

I have been teaching yoga for the last 10 years, and organising over 30 retreats, women’s circles and workshops. My teaching philopsophy is “Honor the unique body in each of us”. I am passionate with optimal body movements, breathworks and variety of mindful practices for unique individual situations and needs.
