WHAT TO EXPECT in Tailored Yoga Class?
A tailored yoga session is designed to address your unique needs, such as back pain, shoulder discomfort, chakra balancing, grounding, flexibility, strength, and mental centering. This customized class includes specific poses and techniques aimed at enhancing both physical health and mental well-being.
The session begins with a 5-10 minute assessment to understand your intentions, as well as your current physical and mental condition. Based on this, our experienced senior instructor will tailor the practice to meet your individual requirements, ensuring that the class aligns with your specific goals and needs.
The class structure generally consists of grounding, warmup movements, breathing, meditation and yoga poses. Yoga mats and yoga props (Belts, bolsters, blocks and eye pillows) are provided.
