Join our Sail & Serenity Yoga Retreat, set in a peaceful coastal location, where sailing and yoga come together in perfect harmony. Over four days, energizing morning yoga sessions will prepare your body for sailing, complemented by hands-on sailing instruction and practice. After a day on the water, unwind with restorative yoga and Tibetan Bowl sound healing to support recovery. Enjoy healthy, locally sourced meals and the tranquility of Wabi-Sabi style accommodations. This retreat offers a perfect blend of adventure, relaxation, and personal growth. The retreat will conclude with a graduation ceremony to celebrate your accomplishments in the sailing course.

With nearly 20 years of experience, Lana blends Ashtanga Flow, Anusara, somatics, and therapeutic bodywork into a joyful, healing practice. Living with Scoliosis and Microtia inspires her focus on mindful movement and breath. A seasoned retreat leader, she creates immersive experiences that combine yoga, somatics, and mindfulness—encouraging compassion, resilience, and deep connection within a supportive community.

Instructor

Pheakdey Phang is a certified ISSA Dinghy Instructor who has been teaching since 2023. He delivers hands-on, personalized sailing courses designed to build skills, ensure safety, and inspire confidence on the water.


Pheakdey has successfully led multiple sailing camps for students from international schools in Phnom Penh and continues to provide courses for both international guests and local enthusiasts. His mission is to help participants discover the joy of sailing amidst the scenic beauty of Kep Bay.
Beyond teaching, Pheakdey is deeply committed to nurturing the next generation of Cambodian sailors. With a passion for mentoring, he strives to develop young athletes who will one day compete at both local and international regatta levels. His dedication reflects not only a love for sailing but also a vision to shape future champions and ambassadors of the sport.
