Sounds of Healing

Date: 25 April, 2026
Venue: Kep West Wellness
Facilitators: Aimee · Kari · Lana · Lolli

At times, nothing more is needed than presence with ourselves as we are—in movement, sound, nature, and the quiet permission to simply be. In this simplicity, authenticity unfolds.

In this presence, we notice the rhythm of our breath, the gentle vibrations rumbling within.

In this presence, we notice what is truly nourishing—or not—to our sight, sense, taste, smell, and sound.

In this presence, we may begin to notice the voices that yearn to be heard, to be expressed, to be seen from deep within.

In this presence, more often than not, when we allow it, deep truths unravel, are unearthed, and released.

Sounds of Healing Journey is a full-day immersive sanctuary, guided by sound, ceremony, movement, and sacred stillness—gently supporting the alignment of body, mind, and spirit, and a return to a sense of safety and belonging.
