Hatha yoga teacher and certified yoga therapist, 25+ years teaching globally, combining humor, challenge, and grounding for body-mind balance.

Kari Podboy
Kari is a board-certified music therapist with over 20 years of experience. In addition, she is a teacher, artist, and certified art therapy practitioner. Her approach supports the personal and unique beauty found in the creative process.

Lana YANG
Yoga and somatic expert, guiding retreats blending hatha, yin, restorative yoga, chanting, and mindful practices for healing and resilience.

Lolli (Eunju Park)
South Korean artist in Phnom Penh, creating community-driven, immersive art experiences through illustration, printmaking, ceramics, and workshops.
