With nearly 20 years of experience, Lana blends Ashtanga Flow, Anusara, somatics, and therapeutic bodywork into a joyful, healing practice. Living with Scoliosis and Microtia inspires her focus on mindful movement and breath. A seasoned retreat leader, she creates immersive experiences that combine yoga, somatics, and mindfulness—encouraging compassion, resilience, and deep connection within a supportive community.

Master Yoga Teacher at Angkor Grace

Shiva, the heart of Aum Yoga Center, began his yoga journey at age five. With decades of Hatha Yoga experience and deep spiritual study, he teaches with humility, warmth, and joy. His classes blend movement, breath, mantra, and rest, creating a welcoming, balanced space. Shiva also shares Ayurvedic wisdom, sound healing, and Kirtan, inspiring students to find connection, peace, and joy both on and off the mat.
