Each day is thoughtfully guided by the ancient chakra system—starting at the root and gently moving upward—helping you release blockages, restore balance, and energize your body and mind. Through daily yoga, somatic movements, meditation, pranayama, sound healing, and reflective practices, you'll explore the seven energy centers in a holistic and embodied way.

Whether you're new to chakra work or looking to deepen your spiritual practice, this retreat offers a nurturing, grounded environment to reconnect with yourself and realign from the inside out. No prior yoga or meditation experience is needed. Just an open mind and a willingness to explore.

Living with Scoliosis and Microtia inspires her focus on mindful movement and breath. A seasoned retreat leader, she creates immersive experiences that combine yoga, somatics, and mindfulness—encouraging compassion, resilience, and deep connection within a supportive community.

Rooted in Sivananda yoga, I focus on breathing, kriya, and relaxation, and am a certified Yoga Therapist

Our chefs are pleased to accommodate various dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, and other allergy concerns.
