This 2-day Sounds of Healing Journey is a tenderly held space for self-discovery and inner connection.
Guided by three devoted facilitators—Aimee, Kari, and Lana—this immersive 2-day, 1-night experience weaves together sound, ceremony, movement, and sacred stillness. Each element is thoughtfully offered to support the gentle alignment of body, mind, and spirit.
Throughout the journey, participants are guided through intention-setting ceremonies, yin yoga, meditation, sound healing, kirtan, somatic practices, and intuitive art. Together, these experiences open pathways to presence, resonance, and deep inner knowing.
This offering creates a nurturing and spacious environment to release, restore, and reconnect with your innate wisdom.
No prior experience in yoga or meditation is required—only an open heart and a willingness to explore.

Kari is a board-certified music therapist with over 20 years of experience. In addition, she is a teacher, artist, and certified art therapy practitioner. Her approach supports the personal and unique beauty found in the creative process.

Lana YANG
Yoga and somatic expert, guiding retreats blending hatha, yin, restorative yoga, chanting, and mindful practices for healing and resilience.
