NEW BEGINNINGS YOGA RETREAT 2025
DATE: 1st – 4th January, 2026 (Thursday to Sunday)
The New Beginnings: Art & Yoga Retreat is a 4-day, 3-night immersive experience designed to support personal renewal through mindful movement, artistic exploration, and deep rest. Set in the serene coastal haven of Knai Bang Chatt, and complemented by a creative day trip to Koh Po Island, this retreat invites you to slow down, tune in, and reconnect—with nature, your senses, and your inner compass.
In a world of constant stimulation and pressure, it’s easy to lose touch with the intuitive parts of ourselves that crave presence, play, and self-expression. This retreat offers space to return to those roots through a thoughtful blend of yoga, meditation, intuitive drawing, journaling, and time in nature. Whether you're seeking to reflect, reset, or reawaken your creativity, you’ll be held in a compassionate and inspiring environment that nurtures gentle transformation and inner listening.
This retreat is open to all—no prior yoga or art experience is needed. Just a curious heart and a desire to begin again, with intention.
