Sounds of Healing Journey is a day of tenderly held self-discovery journey. Through honest, kind and powerful space held by 4 devoted guides, Aimee, Lana, Lolli and Ting Ting.
Sounds of Healing Journey is a full-day immersive sanctuary, guided by sound, ceremony, movement, and sacred stillness, the journey gently supports the alignment of body, mind, and spirit. Throughout the day, participants are led through meditation, sound healing, Kirtan, somatic practices, intuitive art, and gentle yoga—opening pathways to presence, resonance, and inner knowing.
This offering creates a nurturing and spacious environment in which to release, restore, and reconnect with your innate wisdom. No prior experience in yoga or meditation is required—only an open heart and a willingness to explore.
